Despicable

Hey everyone!  I know I'm a little late on the Despicable Me 2 nail art bandwagon but I thought I'd be brave and work on my nail art skills a little.  I started to get frustrated and impatient towards the end of this mani and I think it shows in some of the characters.  Oops! :)

Sunshine Glitter

Hey everyone!  Lately I've been in denial that Summer is coming to an end so I used this fun combo to create a fun Summer mani:

Urban Outfitters Sunshine & Island Girl Red Sun

 Both of these polishes were a little tricky.  I had to use 3 coats of Sunshine to get it even and I had to use a "dabbing" method to get the glitter on which resulted in a very thick mani that took a little while to completely dry.

Ooh La Lacquer - Neonpolitan

Hey everyone!  Today I have another fun polish from Ooh La Lacquer to share with you.

This is Neonpolition - It consists mostly of tiny neon blue, pink and yellow glitter but there is also some scattered holo goodness throughout.  The holo was difficult to photograph against a white nail but you can see it in the bottle in the pictures below.  It went on like a charm and is such a fun polish for Summer!

Dainty Leopard

Hey everyone!  I haven't done leopard print in a while so I thought I'd bring out the tools for one :)

Ooh(ver) BLUE La Lacquer!

Hey everyone!  Today I have yet another beauty from Ooh La Lacquer!  This is Spektrum, another gorgeous topper.  Here I show it layered over China Glaze Fade Into Hue.

Spektrum has tiny irridescent multi-colored flakies.  It reminds me of Essie Shine of the Times but more dainty and with smaller flakes.  It went on smooth and without a problem.

I thought it would look prettier over a dark color and man was I right!  Here, I have layered it over China Glaze Man Hunt:
