Emerald City Jewels...

For today's NOTD I used Revlon's Emerald City  with Fingerpaint's Motley layered over top.  It turned out to be such a shiny beautiful combo!  Emerald City dries matte but doesn't show off the beautiful sparklies so I added more and made it shiny :)

Again, my camera didn't do a good job at capturing the true beauty of this color.

It has blue, green and even purple flakies in the sun...so pretty!
