The Beauty Buffs: Polka Dots

Hey everyone!  I have another Beauty Buffs post to share today!  This weeks theme is POLKA-DOTS and I decided to re-create an old mani that I did here.







 What I used:
Revlon Calla Lily, Revlon Royal, Sally Hansen Pacific Blue & Wet n' Wild Teal Slowly and See
