Blue Snowflakes

Hey everyone!  I haven't done snowflakes since last Christmas season and I remember I struggled with them.  Well this year is no different...I'm going to blame it on my striper brush...not bad but not my fave either.  Anyhoo, I used Zoya Skylar and Milani 3D Cyberspace to acheive this look.
