Hey everyone! I turned 26 yesterday so I decided to wear something birthday-ish...what's better than pink confetti glitter??
Urban Outfitters Lollipop - with a matte topcoat (sorry forgot the bottle shot).
I used 2 coats of Essence Enchanted Fairy as undies. Isn't she GORGEOUS??
