Hey everyone! Today is another fun "Beauty Buff's" post!
Today's theme is ROYAL BLUE and although I kept it simple it was still fun and vibrant!

For this look I used Sally Hansen Pacific Blue as the base then when in with Wet n' Wild's Teal Slowly and See and a white polish for the various polka dots. Here is a swatch of Pacific Blue on it's own:
